## What changes were proposed in this pull request? This pull request modifies the DeletedBlockLogImpl to calculate the per-replica block size for delete transactions by dividing the total replicated size by the number of required nodes. This change ensures that Erasure Coded (EC) containers do not over-count pending-deletion bytes. A new unit test has been added to verify this logic for EC(6,3) configurations.
