When the logging level is set to DEBUG, the KeyOutputStreamSemaphore class
produces a large volume of messages regarding the state of the semaphore. This
level of detail may be valuable for developers during troubleshooting and daily
operations; however, the sheer amount of output makes it challenging to sift
through the logs for relevant data. As a result, the excessive logging could
create unnecessary distractions. I suggest moving it to the TRACE level. FYI
