@ChenSammi @chungen0126 I’ve added the `S3ObjectWriteGuard` to manage the output stream lifecycle. I also added a unit test for a failing input body and ran a manual test using `aws s3 cp` with an interrupted upload (Ctrl+C) to verify behavior.
