Description: Hadoop {{RetryPolicies}} references {{RemoteException}}, which
was forked to Ozone due to RPC-specific code. Thus policies created via
Hadoop's {{RetryPolicies}} may in some edge case not work as intended (in
catch, instanceof check, etc.) due to exception classes being different. (was:
Hadoop {{RetryPolicies}} and {{RetryUtils}} references {{RemoteException}},
which was forked to Ozone due to RPC-specific code. Thus policies created via
these classes may in some edge case not work as intended due to classes being
different.)
