Description: Implement analysis logic to identify orphan containers by
comparing DataNode scan
[HDDS-15455|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-15455] results with SCM
metadata [HDDS-15456|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-15456]. A
container should be classified as an orphan when it exists on disk but has no
corresponding container record in SCM. Report the container ID, directory path,
size, and metadata status for each such occurrence. (was: Implement analysis
