Summary: Cluster Capacity in Recon UI lists DN that is down when
DN list is above 15

Issue-
* When number of DNs of a cluster is more than 15, the Datanodes section shows
15 DNs based on
[https://<hostname>:9889/api/v1/pendingDeletion?component=dn&limit=15|https://ccycloud-8.sd1.root.comops.site:9889/api/v1/pendingDeletion?component=dn&limit=15]
* The DNs listed in the above API and the DNs in the drop-down don't match.
* When few of the DNs are down, those DNs are shown as “enabled” in the drop
down.
* Currently 2 DNs are down, but the drop down in Cluster Capacity lists both
these DNs which is different from the above API.
* Also both these DNs are not greyed out in the drop down.
Expected behaviour -
* The DNs in the drop down should match the list in the API.
