Amazon S3 supports bucket-level object versioning, which keeps multiple
versions of an object under the same key and allows recovery from accidental
overwrites and deletions (see:
[https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonS3/latest/userguide/Versioning.html]).
This ticket is a placeholder for developing an S3-compatible versioning feature
in Ozone. The detailed design and scope will be provided in a follow-up design
document attached to this ticket.
