When I started working on the release, I was doing it on macOS. After looking into it, I found that because of the C/C++ code, the build artifacts are platform-dependent. However, we should only be releasing the Linux version. Therefore, I think we should remove this part to avoid accidentally publishing macOS artifacts. @jojochuang @adoroszlai could you help to review it?
