Fix For: 2.3.0
HDDS-15876 and apache/ozone#10780 removed ozone-csi, but THREAT_MODEL.md still
describes CSI as a current component.
Remove the current-state references from sections 1–3, clarify the historical
Q-csi note in section 14, and delete the orphaned pvtest-webui.png asset.
This is documentation and repository cleanup only.
