Adds detailed per-page documentation for the three namespace/object screens of
the Recon Web UI, continuing the restructure started in HDDS-15964.
New pages under 01-recon-web-ui/ (9-section format):
- 03-volumes.mdx — volume listing, quota, namespace usage, ACL inspection, Show
buckets.
- 04-buckets.mdx — bucket listing, layout, storage type, versioning, quota,
ACL, link buckets.
- 10-namespace-usage.mdx — pie-chart namespace explorer, breadcrumb drill-down,
quota headroom.
Screenshots moved into the folder alongside their pages.
