h3. HDDS-12669 — Race condition in ContainerSet#recoveringContainerMap
Impact: If two or more containers start EC recovery at the same instant, they
can share the same timeout key in recoveringContainerMap. The map overwrite
silently drops one container from tracking. If that recovery stalls,
StaleRecoveringContainerScrubbingService never times it out and the container
can remain stuck in RECOVERING permanently.
Who is affected: EC clusters under concurrent container recovery.
Action: Upgrade to 2.1.2 if you observe containers stuck in recovering state.
