## What changes were proposed in this pull request? Adding below changes: - Mention otel env variable for setting service name and how its not supported with ozones current implementation. - application must set their opentelemetry to global for ozone to use the tracer else ozones trace will be used - some span names that are provided to help with span sampling config. ## What is the link to the Apache Jira? https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-16159 ## How was this patch tested?
