The ozone repair quota command writes updates to the usedBytes and
usedSnapshotBytes fields in the OmKeyInfo object. There are several recently
identified bugs in the quota repair logic that can result in incorrect updating
of the value, such as that discovered by testing here:

We should have a dry-run option so users can verify that the recalculated value
appears correct before writing it into the om.db.
