## What changes were proposed in this pull request? Call `ClientProtocol#listParts` directly in `MultipartKeyHandler`. The `OzoneBucket` wrapper only forwards the volume and bucket names and listing parameters, so fetching it adds an unnecessary `InfoBucket` RPC when no expected bucket owner is specified. Owner verification remains in `AuditingObjectOperationHandler`. ## What is the link to the Apache JIRA https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-16636 ## How was this patch tested? - Added tests for bucket lookup counts, owner checks, pagination and error mapping. Without the production change, 6 of the 11 `TestListParts` cases fail on extra bucket lookups. With the change, all 32 tests in `TestListParts`, `TestPermissionCheck` and `TestAbortMultipartUpload` pass. - [Fork CI passed](https://github.com/rich7420/ozone/actions/runs/36472011020).
