{{compile}} check sets compiler {{release}} version to 17/21/25 to test
compile-time compatibility. Deprecation warnings in Ozone client cannot be
fixed, since it still keeps support for Java 8. This change proposes to apply
compiler {{release}} only to server components to reduce noise created by these
currently unfixable warnings.
