Background & Problem
Aborting a multipart upload currently requires S3G to execute
getS3VolumeContext before forwarding the abort request to OM.
Proposed Solution
1. Update OM's AbortMultiPartUpload RPC protocol to support
assumeS3Context=true.
2. Update the MultipartKeyHandler abort path to directly send the request to OM
without the precursory volume resolution RPC.
Expected Impact
Saves 1 RPC round trip per AbortMultipartUpload request.
