URL: https://github.com/apache/ozone/pull/11476

   ## What changes were proposed in this pull request?

   `testBackupCompactionFilesPruningBackgroundService` can time out because
snapshot creation does not guarantee a completed compaction with backup SST
inputs eligible for pruning. Checking the directory's total file count also
allows unrelated compactions to affect the result.

   Force a keyTable compaction with the existing `CompactDBUtil`, capture
backup inputs from newly recorded compactions, and wait for those files to
disappear after pruning resumes. The leadership-transfer and snapshot-diff
checks retain their existing coverage and timeout.

   ## What is the link to the Apache JIRA

   https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-16884

   ## How was this patch tested?

   - JDK 21: five separate full-class runs of `TestSnapshotBackgroundServices`
passed (20 tests, 0 failures/errors/skipped).
   - An unchanged full-class run reproduced the pruning timeout (4 tests, 1
error).
   - A temporary probe using the existing `DBProfile.TEST` to disable automatic
compaction failed with the original test and passed with the fix. The probe is
excluded from the patch.
   - `./hadoop-ozone/dev-support/checks/checkstyle.sh` passed with 0 violations.

   ```sh
   mvn -pl :ozone-integration-test test -Dtest=TestSnapshotBackgroundServices
-DskipShade -DskipRecon -DskipDocs
   ```

   The 10×10 fork flaky-test check is pending; this PR is a draft.
