## What changes were proposed in this pull request? Four negative checks in TestMoveManager verify the four-argument ReplicationManager.sendDeleteCommand overload, while MoveManager calls the five-argument overload that includes a deadline. These checks therefore pass even when a source DELETE is sent through the five-argument overload. This patch adds anyLong() to those checks so they verify the overload used by MoveManager. The tests can then detect unexpected source deletion when the source replica is missing, the source datanode is unhealthy or not in service, or deletion would violate the container replication health requirements.
