## What changes were proposed in this pull request? `TestOzoneManagerDoubleBufferWithDummyResponse` compares a floating-point interval sum with the cumulative flush count after casting it to `long`. A total of `100.99999999999999` truncates to `100`; metrics sampling can also reset the interval between batches. The test now waits for flush completion before checking cumulative counters and persisted entries. Queue-size and flush-time statistics are tested separately, without a flush thread or periodic collection, with explicit sampling and floating-point tolerance. ## What is the link to the Apache JIRA https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-16908 ## How was this patch tested? - Related OM tests: 19 run, 0 failures or errors. - Restoring the original cast in the deterministic metrics test reproduces `expected: <101> but was: <100>` with batches `[1, 1, 98, 1]`. - Checkstyle and RAT passed. - [Fork CI](https://github.com/rich7420/ozone/actions/runs/38180247650) passed. - [JDK 25 10×10 flaky check](https://github.com/rich7420/ozone/actions/runs/38309346988) passed for both changed test classes.
