## What changes were proposed in this pull request? This patch replaces enum compareTo checks with ComponentVersion#isSupportedBy in RpcClient's get, put, and delete bucket tagging methods. The change follows the component version comparison contract and matches the existing object tagging checks. Current behavior remains unchanged, while feature support checks no longer depend on enum declaration order.
