## What changes were proposed in this pull request? After restarting the datanode, the test always waits 10 seconds before checking whether the pipeline is closed. Replace the fixed sleep with polling every 100 ms for up to 10 seconds. The test can continue as soon as the pipeline is closed or removed, while keeping the same maximum wait. ## What is the link to the Apache JIRA https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-XXXXX ## How was this patch tested? Ran 10 times before and after the change.
