Add documentation for upgrading from Ozone 2.2 to Ozone 2.3 so users and
operators can prepare for the release and perform the upgrade.
The documentation should cover:
* Behavior changes, including changes to defaults, configuration,
compatibility, and required operator or application actions.
* API changes, including additions, deprecations, removals, incompatibilities,
and migration examples where applicable.
* CLI changes, including commands, options, defaults, output, and replacements
for deprecated or removed functionality.
* The upgrade procedure, including prerequisites, pre-upgrade checks and
backups, supported upgrade paths, service upgrade order, configuration changes,
finalization requirements, and post-upgrade validation.
* Rollback or downgrade support and limitations, including any steps that
prevent rollback.
Review the changes between Ozone 2.2 and Ozone 2.3, explicitly identify
breaking changes, and document when no changes or additional steps are required
in a category. Include actionable examples and link the upgrade instructions
from the Ozone 2.3 documentation and release notes.
