Improve OpenTelemetry tracing in datanodes so that a trace shows where time
goes in container commands: request dispatch, Ratis write and apply, and chunk
and block I/O. The work reuses the \{{hdds-common}} tracing building blocks
added for OM.
The work is split into three sub-tasks:
# Create tracing proxies for datanode components.
# Add span attributes for container commands.
# Add logical spans for critical paths that the proxies don't cover.
