## What changes were proposed in this pull request? Please see the JIRA description and comments for more information on the failure being addressed here. We do not know the reason of the failure, and could not reproduce the issue after finding it a few times. This change adds some logging around the place where we add extensions to certificates, as this is where we have seen the NPE. I believe knowing what is in the CSR, and what we have in the supported extensions map should be sufficient to further deduct things about the failure, and I do not see more places where we can add anything useful to further debug the problem, but I am open to any ideas. ## What is the link to the Apache JIRA https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-9050 ## How was this patch tested?
