This task is use *JUnit*'s *assertThrow* to validate exception and their
messages and deprecate *LambdaTestUtils#intercept*. *JUnit#assertThrow*
provides the same lambda functionality as *LambdaTestUtils#intercept* and JUnit
is already as dependency of Ozone.
