## What changes were proposed in this pull request? Checking the run.sh file that creates the docker containers to run the freshly built ozone for the user's bash and exit if it is old. ## What is the link to the Apache JIRA https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-9368 ## How was this patch tested? 1. Commented the last docker-compose file with an `echo "Success` 2. Tested the bash commands individually. 3. Replaced the bash_version variable with values from 3.8, 3.9, 4.0, 4.1, 4.2 and 5.0 and tested to ensure the script exits or echoes "Success" 4.
