Description:
# {{SnapshotDeletingService}} should exit early if the bucket is out of scope
and avoid expanding buckets that are out of scope.
# {{SnapshotUtils.getNextActiveSnapshot()}} throws NoSuchElement exception if
the snapshot is deleted in the previous run and {{OMDoubleBuffer}} is not
flushed yet, so the transactions are not yet persisted.
