Summary: Display replica information of containers blocking
decommissioning for a datanode

In order to see which containers are blocking the progress of the
decommissioning of a datanode, detailed information is required to debug. This
includes the replica infrmation of each container, like container IDs, all its
Replicas states, and KeyCounts. These should be displayed as a part of the
decommissining-status command
