Summary: Reduce log level for "not leader" log entries

There are a few places in the code that print a warning in the logs when a
command is executed on a non-leader node.
In the actively used HA cluster when the nodes sometimes change leadership or
are restarted it's not uncommon to see this kind of warning messages in the
logs.
Unfortunately the only effect they have is they increase the warnings number in
the log monitoring.
We want to reduce the level of these logs to info
