Umbrella Jira to track improvements related to Atomic Key Overwrite.
This is a feature we are adding for a light weight form of data tiering, where
an external service can monitor the age and access pattern of keys and arrange
to convert them from Ratis to EC, for example.
Other use cases are possible for atomic key overwrite. For example, container
compaction driven from Recon data.
For now, the plan is to enable atomic overwrite only on the Java OzoneBucket
API, but it would be possible to expand it more widely in the Java and S3 API
later if adoption is promising.
