Description: We would like to ensure that the atomic rewrite feature works
for keys created via multi-part upload. (was: We would like to ensure that the
atomic rewrite feature is not usable with multi-part upload. Some more
investigate is needed to see if other changes are needed for MPU keys with
atomic overwrite. For now, any create / commit key request for a MPU that
contains the expectedDataGeneration field should be failed.)
