As we are planning to revamp the UI for Ozone Recon, we cannot completely shift
to a new UI.
This JIRA is to track allowing of switching of UI between the current one and
the new one to let users have the option to use any of the two UIs and also to
not affect the current UI while we slowly rollout the new changes.
