### Search before asking - [x] I searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/paimon/issues) and found nothing similar. ### Motivation Hello, In my OLAP system, I use both Iceberg and Paimon. To manage snapshots and tags in a unified way, I want to retrieve all snapshot and tag information. Iceberg currently supports this functionality, but I have not yet found relevant interfaces in the Paimon Table API, nor any corresponding descriptions in the related documentation. Do I have to access the file system directly to get the information I need? Looking forward to your reply.
