### Purpose When a Paimon table exists in the metastore (Hive/DLF) but its schema files are missing from the filesystem (e.g. due to manual deletion or incomplete cleanup), AbstractCatalog.dropTable() would fail because getTable() throws TableNotExistException before reaching dropTableImpl(). This causes DROP DATABASE CASCADE to fail with ClassNotFoundException for PaimonSerDe/PaimonStorageHandler, because: 1. SparkCatalog.dropTable() returns false (getTable fails) 2. Falls back to V2SessionCatalog which triggers Hive SerDe loading 3. paimon-hive-connector JAR is not on Spark classpath Fix: when getTable() fails, still attempt dropTableImpl() to clean up the stale metastore entry. Only throw TableNotExistException if both getTable() and dropTableImpl() fail. ### Tests CI -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
