### Purpose
Python CI installs the latest Daft version. After Daft 0.7.15 was released,
blob tests started failing
because Daft now expects the File range field to be `position` instead of
`offset`.
PyPaimon still generated `offset` for blob File values, so this PR chooses
the field name by Daft version
and keeps tests compatible with both old and new Daft versions.
