Reviewing it turned up three more paths that reached raw values of a
masked column:
`DataEvolutionBatchScan` pushed straight to the `SnapshotReader` and
consulted the global index, `PrimaryKeyBatchScan` kept its own unmodified
filter for the sorted indexes, and partition listing skipped the check. A mask
reading another masked column also published that column's raw value; it is
rejected now.
Please note the **Behaviour changes** table in the description: it rejects
things that work
today.
