### Purpose Add an end-to-end regression test for the commit retry correctness fix in #9688. The test uses a partitioned append-only Data Evolution table with no primary keys. It stages a self-merge partial update, injects a metadata-only row-id reassignment OVERWRITE with an empty delta manifest list during the first atomic commit attempt, and forces the commit retry path. Without #9688, the merge silently succeeds with only one partition updated and an unassociated partial row. With #9688, the stale update is rejected with a row-id existence conflict and no partial update is committed. ### Tests - New Ray Data Evolution end-to-end regression test passed - Existing self-merge literal test passed - flake8, py_compile, and git diff --check passed -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
