## Motivation A client bridging an already-open REST table into the native reader can hold a valid table data token. Native table construction currently fetches another token for the same table, adding a cold-start request per process/table. ## Change Accept an optional initial data token in the REST table bridge. Consume it once during FileIO construction; keep the existing refresh path when it expires. The existing API remains compatible. ## Validation - `cargo check -p pypaimon_rust` - `cargo test -p paimon --lib test_initial_token_skips_first_request_and_still_refreshes` - Local REST integration with the companion PyPaimon change: cold token requests 2 → 1; two native plans return the same snapshot, with and without local cache. This reduces duplicate startup requests within a process; it does not share tokens across workers or remove DNS lookups after token expiry. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
