### Purpose Reduce decoder reopening when randomly reading videos across episodes. The previous cache held only eight decoders per camera. Expose `max_open_videos` on `PaimonLeRobotDataset` and `PaimonDatasetReader`, and raise the default to 16. The limit applies per camera per worker; larger values trade memory and open streams for decoder reuse. Existing LRU eviction and decoder cleanup remain unchanged. ### Tests 82 LeRobot validation and video tests passed (one skipped), covering defaults, overrides, serialization, invalid values, LRU eviction and cleanup.
