### Purpose The Python BTree reader only understands v1 postings and rejects Java-generated v2 files. Add version-based decoding for SINGLE, DELTA_LIST and portable ROARING postings in point and range queries, preserving v1 compatibility, initialization cleanup and the v1 write default. ### Tests - 54 focused Python tests and 36 Java BTree tests passed. - Java golden fixtures verify all v2 encodings, 64-bit boundaries, Bloom filters, mixed versions and nonzero offsets. - Flake8, Java formatting/build checks, license headers and Apache RAT passed. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
