Linux `pypaimon-rust` wheels now include the OSS C++ bridge and pinned SDK, so `fs.oss.impl=cpp` works after a standard wheel install. Explicit library paths and the existing companion-package lookup remain supported. The release build links SDK dependencies into the bridge and checks wheel contents, ABI, loadability, and license notices. macOS and Windows wheels are unchanged.
