### Search before asking - [x] I searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/paimon/issues) and found nothing similar. ### Paimon version `2.2-SNAPSHOT`, commit `625d0d4e815d3897358a35728e8650d636a3e340`. ### Compute Engine Java API / `paimon-core` tests, Java 11. ### Minimal reproduce step With Docker Engine 29.6.1, run: ```bash mvn -pl paimon-core -am \ -Dtest=PostgresqlCatalogTest \ -DwildcardSuites=none \ -DfailIfNoTests=false test ``` Testcontainers 1.19.1 fails to initialize Docker. It uses API 1.32, while this Docker daemon requires at least API 1.40. ### What doesn't meet your expectations? Container-based tests should work with recent Docker versions without a manual API override. With `testcontainers.version=1.21.4`, both `PostgresqlCatalogTest` tests pass. ### Anything else? Related issue: [FLINK-38809](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FLINK-38809). Proposed change: upgrade the root `testcontainers.version` to `1.21.4` and make CDC's `mongodb.testcontainers.version` reference it. Dependency-tree verification shows that changing only the root property leaves CDC resolving Testcontainers core 1.19.1. [Version 1.21.4](https://github.com/testcontainers/testcontainers-java/releases/tag/1.21.4) addresses recent Docker Engine compatibility and uses API 1.44 by default. It retains Paimon's existing 1.x dependency coordinates and APIs. **CI compatibility:** Paimon's Java CI uses `ubuntu-latest`. The [October 2026 Ubuntu 24.04 runner image](https://github.com/actions/runner-images/blob/ubuntu24/20261004.327/images/ubuntu/Ubuntu2404-Readme.md) lists Docker Server 28.0.4. According to [Docker's API matrix](https://docs.docker.com/reference/api/engine/), Docker 28.0 supports API 1.24–1.48, which includes 1.44. Thus the selected API version is compatible with that runner's Docker version. The full Paimon CI pipeline has not yet been run with this change. ### Are you willing to submit a PR? - [x] I'm willing to submit a PR! -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
