   **Search before asking**
   - [x] I searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/paimon/issues)
and found nothing similar.

   **Paimon version**
   master @ 937b5e1d5

   **Compute Engine**
   Engine-agnostic (Java API reproduces it)

   **Minimal reproduce step**
   Create a table `(k, v, f1) PARTITIONED BY (f1)` with
`metadata.iceberg.storage = rest-catalog`, write a row and commit.

   `IcebergRestMetadataCommitter.createTable(TableMetadata)` creates the REST
table from a placeholder schema (#7186) with dummy columns named `"f" +
fieldId`; dummy `f1` (id 1) clashes with partition column `f1` (id 2).

   **What doesn't meet your expectations?**
Iceberg rejects the schema: `Invalid schema: multiple fields for name f1: 1
and 2`. The Paimon snapshot is committed, but every `commit()` throws
(propagating to the engine commit) and the REST table is never created.

   **Anything else?**
Fails only when: no partition column has field id 0; a partition column is
named exactly `f<K>` (case-sensitive; `F1` works); 1 <= K <= max partition
field id; and the column with id K is not a partition key. Existing REST tables
are unaffected.

**Are you willing to submit a PR?**
   - [x] I'm willing to submit a PR!
