### Purpose Fixes #10565. Commit conflict diagnostics currently render partitions as opaque `BinaryRow@...` values, making affected partitions difficult to identify during production troubleshooting. Render them using the table's existing partition path formatter, for example `partition=dt=2026-01-05/hr=12/`. Apply this to full and summarized `Base entries` / `Changes` lists and Data Evolution data-file and dedicated blob/vector file conflict messages. Preserve other entry fields, DV metadata, the summary limit, exception types, and the original cause. Non-partitioned tables get an explicit label, and formatting failures fall back to the original entry output. Conflict detection and retry behavior are unchanged. ### Tests All 65 tests in `ConflictDetectionTest` passed. Checkstyle, Spotless, and Enforcer checks also passed. - `ConflictDetectionTest`: covers full and summarized diagnostics, the 50-entry limit, escaped and null partition values, non-partitioned tables, DV output compatibility, formatting failure fallback, and Data Evolution data/blob/vector file conflicts. - Validation command: `mvn -pl paimon-core -am -DfailIfNoTests=false -DwildcardSuites=none -Dtest=ConflictDetectionTest test` (with the existing Byte Buddy agent preloaded locally to avoid JVM attach restrictions). -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
