### Purpose Fix an intermittent failure in the timestamp-based streaming source test. The scan includes snapshots at its start timestamp, so sampling `System.currentTimeMillis()` after the setup writes does not guarantee a timestamp strictly later than the last snapshot. If the timestamps coincide, the query reads the last three rows while the test expects an empty result. Use the latest snapshot's timestamp plus one millisecond to enforce the intended boundary. Keep the existing assertions for an initially empty result and reading subsequent commits. ### Tests - `PaimonSourceTest`: all 26 tests passed on JDK 8 with the `spark3` profile (Spark 3.5.8), based on Apache Paimon master. - Maven validation, including Checkstyle and Spotless, passed. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
