### Purpose Python rejected global index files with the same type and first field but different remaining fields, even for disjoint row ranges. Allow distinct ordered field definitions to coexist, matching Java's definition identity from #10339. Preserve same-definition overlap checks and existing Python source metadata behavior. This change covers manifest metadata only. ### Tests - 85 focused Python tests passed, covering coexistence, replacement, metadata preservation and commit regressions. - Flake8, license headers, RAT and Python 3.6 syntax checks passed. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
