URL: https://github.com/apache/paimon-rust/pull/1170

   ## Purpose

Complete existing PyPaimon Parquet table write/commit configurations using
current Java semantics.

   ## Changes

   - Support `manifest.compression=bzip2/xz` for manifest entries, manifest
lists and index manifests. XZ uses Java's default level 6.
   - Decode both codecs through checked OCF decompression. The public generic
Avro helper shares that path so corrupt blocks return errors rather than
entering upstream decoder `unwrap`s.
   - Add static multi-block fixtures produced by the current Paimon Java Avro
dependency and fastavro, plus named-schema, NULL union, corruption, truncation,
sync, empty-container and record-count regressions.
   - Preserve Java's wrapped milliseconds for numeric `TIMESTAMP(0)` partition
specs. This local conversion constructs a partition Datum directly; ordinary
schema CAST behavior remains unchanged.
   - Verify typed-NULL upsert keys and selected NULL dictionary values without
casting unused incompatible entries.
   - Reuse the existing locked codec dependencies, with static liblzma for
core/Go. Update the Go bundled-license report; no new package versions or
public APIs.

   ## Verification

   - Rust 1.98 full core library suite: 4300 passed, 6 ignored.
   - Core Clippy `--all-targets -- -D warnings`, Python binding Clippy and
rustfmt: passed.
   - Release script tests: 13 passed.
   - Java/fastavro fixtures are committed with reproducible generators; Rust
tests do not require either runtime.

No Native Python extension was rebuilt or installed locally. A companion
draft Python PR covers the existing API routes and Pure/Native REST
regressions; Native CI continues to build Rust main.
