Flink exposes VECTOR values as arrays, but Paimon's binary VECTOR and ARRAY layouts differ. Carry the logical row type through `FlinkRowData`, including nested rows, arrays, maps and multisets, so array access uses the correct getter. Pass that type from both global-sort and local-sort conversion paths; existing callers without a type keep their behavior. Validation: the five `FlinkRowDataWithVectorTest` cases cover binary vectors, ordinary arrays, projected rows, nested containers, nulls and the existing untyped API. Ordinary-table global/local clustering and BLOB conversion regressions also pass. Standalone value-conversion fix extracted from #10667. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
