The Python release workflow is rejected before jobs start because its cibuildwheel revision is no longer on the [ASF Actions allowlist](https://github.com/apache/infrastructure-actions/blob/main/approved_patterns.yml). Pin cibuildwheel v4.3.1 and gh-action-pypi-publish v1.14.2 to approved full commit SHAs. The previous publisher revision expires on October 25, 2026; neither replacement currently has an expiry listed. Validation: - All workflow Action references checked against the current ASF allowlist, and replacement Action inputs checked for compatibility. - 72 release workflow tests passed on ARM. - [Python wheel build](https://github.com/jianguotian/paimon-mosaic/actions/runs/39556656885) passed on Linux x86_64, Linux ARM64, macOS ARM64, and Windows x86_64, including artifact verification, installation, and import checks.
