### Purpose `testRejectSinkConfiguration` was added in #9871 without `@Test`, so JUnit never ran it, and the check that rejects per-table `sink.*` options in `CdcActionCommonUtils.parseTableConfigByTable` had no test. This adds the annotation. ### Tests `CdcActionCommonUtilsTest` now runs 3 tests instead of 2, all passing.
